We handle cases in both Yakima County District Court in Grandville and Yakima.
Our success rate for dismissal of traffic infractions out of this court is very high. For criminal charges, we tend to be able to negotiate more favorable outcomes than in many other courts. This is one of our favorite courts to practice due to the willingness for the prosecutors to discuss cases, as well as the court's procedures being easy to move court dates and appear virtually for many court dates.
Although our main office is out of Cle Elum, Joyce Heritage moved to Yakima in 2022. We have practiced in Yakima County for many years and we have experience with the judges and the prosecutors here.
