Liz Gagley, Attorney

I am Liz Gagley and have been working for Joyce since 2013. After completing my bachelor's degree at Western Washington University, I finished the Washington State Rule 6 Law Clerk Program in December 2017, which allowed me to take the Washington state bar exam and I was sworn in as an attorney in January 2019.  I continue to work for Joyce and will eventually take over the practice when she retires.  I am fortunate to call Joyce my mother and grandmother to my children.

On a personal note, I happily live in Cle Elum with my husband and two children. I enjoy being outside with my dogs and spending time with family and friends. My favorite pastimes include camping, baking, sewing, and spending time at home with my family.

Additional Experience:

  • DUI Seminars - Typically we attend these multiple times a year so that we stay up to date on changing DUI laws and issues.
  • CDL Masking seminars put on by the National District Attorney Association.  Most recently in 2020.  I was the only defense attorney to attend these seminars, all other attendants were judges, prosecuting attorneys, and law enforcement.  This allowed me to learn what the other side is learning and teaching so that I am more prepared in defending our clients.
