I am Liz Gagley and have been working for Joyce since 2013. After completing my bachelor's degree at Western Washington University, I finished the Washington State Rule 6 Law Clerk Program in December 2017, which allowed me to take the Washington state bar exam at the end of four years of work and study with Joyce. In August 2016, I completed two-thirds of the program and was able to apply to become a Rule 9 licensed legal intern, allowing me to practice law under the supervision of an attorney.
After becoming an attorney, I will continue to work for Joyce and will eventually take over the practice when she retires. I am fortunate to call Joyce my mother and grandmother to my children. I look forward to continuing to learn from her experience and to work with her as an attorney in the near future.
On a personal note, I happily live in Cle Elum with my husband and two young children. I enjoys being outside with my dogs and spending time with family and friends. My favorite pastimes include watching the Seahawks, fishing, camping, baking and sewing.
