Liz Gagley is the only DUI defense attorney that resides in Cle Elum. Other lawyers travel from other areas to assist clients in Cle Elum, but they are less familiar with the way that this court works.

Upper Kittitas District Court in Cle Elum just elected a new judge after several decades with the same presiding judge. The new judge is Honorable Craig Juris. While he is new to the bench, we appear in front of him frequently, so we can able to adapt to the changes he is making to this courthouse.
